Anbieter und Betreiber von KBeam ist die ap aufkleber-produktion GmbH, Geschäftsbereich KBeam. Datenschutzanfragen werden über privacy@kbeam.app bearbeitet.

KBeam erstellt kein klassisches Serverkonto mit E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Nutzername oder Passwort. Die App verwendet eine lokal erzeugte oder importierte Kaspa-Wallet als Identität. Viele Daten liegen nur auf Ihrem Gerät oder öffentlich auf der Kaspa-Blockchain.

So löschen Sie lokale App-Daten

Öffnen Sie die KBeam-App und löschen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Chats, Kontakte, Dateien oder Backups in der App.
Sie können die App auf Ihrem Gerät deinstallieren, um lokal gespeicherte App-Daten zu entfernen.
Wenn Sie lokale oder Cloud-Backups aktiviert haben, löschen Sie diese zusätzlich in der App oder im jeweiligen Betriebssystem-Speicher.

Löschanfrage an KBeam

Wenn Sie möchten, dass wir serverseitig zuordenbare KBeam-Daten prüfen und löschen, senden Sie eine Anfrage an privacy@kbeam.app. Geben Sie bitte an, welche Wallet-Adresse oder welches KBeam-Wallet betroffen ist und welche Daten gelöscht werden sollen.

Wir können nur Daten löschen, die wir tatsächlich kontrollieren. Öffentliche Blockchain-Daten, On-Chain-Transaktionen und Daten auf fremden Geräten oder fremden Servern können wir nicht aus dem Kaspa-Netzwerk entfernen.

Was gelöscht oder aufbewahrt werden kann

Serverseitige technische Logs werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie sie für Sicherheit, Stabilität und Missbrauchsabwehr erforderlich sind.
Temporär gespeicherte verschlüsselte Datei-Relay-Daten werden nach Abruf oder Ablauf automatisch entfernt.
Gesetzlich notwendige Nachweise oder Sicherheitslogs können für die jeweils erforderliche Dauer aufbewahrt werden.

KBeam is provided and operated by ap aufkleber-produktion GmbH, KBeam business unit. Privacy requests are handled via privacy@kbeam.app.

KBeam does not create a traditional server account with an email address, phone number, username, or password. The app uses a locally generated or imported Kaspa wallet as the identity. Many data items exist only on your device or publicly on the Kaspa blockchain.

How to delete local app data

Open KBeam and delete chats, contacts, files, or backups you no longer need inside the app.
You can uninstall the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
If you enabled local or cloud backups, delete those backups in the app or in the respective operating system storage.

Deletion request to KBeam

If you want us to review and delete KBeam data that can be associated with you on our servers, send a request to privacy@kbeam.app. Please include the affected wallet address or KBeam wallet and describe which data should be deleted.

We can only delete data that we actually control. Public blockchain data, on-chain transactions, and data on other people's devices or third-party servers cannot be removed from the Kaspa network by us.

What can be deleted or retained

Server-side technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security, stability, and abuse prevention.
Temporarily stored encrypted file relay data is removed after retrieval or expiry.
Legally required records or security logs may be retained for the required period.
